Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

International Shipping

We currently do ship internationally.
If international shipping is available:

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging and product materials for the claim process.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.
